* Job Description:

**** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES*
* · Setup and operate CNC Machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
· Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications and production demands.
· Reads and interprets machining instructions, job orders, and blueprints to determine dimensional specifications, sequences of operations, setups, and tool requirements.
· Operation of various hand‐operated tools related to steel fabrication.
· Maintains equipment and performs daily inspections of equipment.
· Cleans and maintains workstation to be used daily in the production process.
· Material handler duties as needed
· Regular, timely attendance to meet organizational needs in an efficient and effective manner.
** QUALIFICATIONS*
* · High school diploma or equivalent.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Prior forklift and operator experience a plus.
· Associates degree in Machining or equivalent experience.
· Basic mathematics skills and be able to read a measuring tape.
· Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.  Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used.  Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force.

· Interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
· Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
· Ability to obtain and operate mobile equipment needed to perform essential functions.
** WORK ENVIRONMENT*
* · Works in a plant/manufacturing environment that involves the use of industrial machinery and chemicals.  Employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at the location.
** COMPENSATION
* * The approximate pay range for this position is $19-21/hour.
