Location: St. Louis

Mechanical/Electrical Assembler - Saint Louis

We are seeking skilled Electrical Assemblers with experience in 3-phase wiring and industrial control panel assembly. This is a hands‑on role where you will build, wire, and troubleshoot large electrical panels for custom‑built machinery. You’ll work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure quality and compliance with safety and electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform wiring and assembly of industrial control panels from schematics and blueprints
  • Route, bundle, and terminate wires neatly and efficiently
  • Wire and install electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, switches, PLCs, and motor starters
  • Conduct continuity checks and basic testing to ensure proper functionality
  • Assist with panel layout and troubleshooting electrical issues as needed
  • Work with 3-phase power systems and understand relevant electrical codes and safety practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow company safety protocols
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly or panel wiring
  • Strong understanding of 3-phase electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Familiarity with hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, and basic electrical test equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with large, complex panel builds
  • Familiarity with PLC wiring and automation equipment
Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status

Currently authorized to work in the United States.

Must-Haves
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly or panel wiring
  • Strong understanding of 3-phase electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Familiarity with hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, and basic electrical test equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
