** Manufacturing Tool Technician for Assembly and Spinning
** at our St. Louis, MO location.

The Tool Technician will support the Membrane Solutions organization by ensuring all production tooling is maintained in a ready state. This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration, as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.
* Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.
* Develop quick-change options for changeovers.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow.
* Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization.
* Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.
* Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance.
* Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.
* Perform other related duties as required.
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience
** or
* * technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
* Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends.
* Basic problem-solving skills.
** Work Hours and Pay:**
* ** Starting Pay: $28.79 per hour
*** 12-hour rotating shift (36 / 48 hour work weeks)##
