** About the role
** The
** Manufacturing Operator
** works as a high-performance team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.
** Role Responsibilities
*** Operate the tableting lines in the Manufacturing department daily.
* Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.
* Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.
* Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
* Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Achieve Performance target for Manufacturing Lines.
* Participate in RCA for deviations.
* Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
* Perform and assist with preventative maintenance on Manufacturing production lines.
* Perform and assist with Manufacturing production line change overs to meet department needs.
* Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
* SAP functions

* Basic Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED.
* 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Technical Degree or Certification.
* Experience in high-speed manufacturing environment and troubleshooting skills.
* SAP experience.

* Location:

St. Louis, MO.
**** Shift: Monday - Thursday 6AM – 4:30PM
