Top Gun Staffing Group has partnered with a global leader in plastics packaging to bring this exciting opportunity to St. Louis, MO
. As a Machine Operator
, you'll play a vital role in keeping production efficient, products high‑quality, and innovation moving forward.
- Set up and operate plastic molding machines with precision.
- Monitor performance, make adjustments, and ensure smooth operation.
- Perform routine maintenance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products to guarantee quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
- Manage raw material inventory and communicate supply needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and take on additional tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with plastic molding machines (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude and technical training in packaging, plastics, or printing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

- 7:00AM - 7:00PM or 7:00PM - 7:00AM (3 days on, 4 days off | 4 days on, 3 days off)
- $21 - $23/hour (OT available)
