Manufacturing Technician – Assembly and Spinning

• Follow all safety policy and personal protective equipment requirements
• Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes
• Handle raw materials and prepare batch mixtures
• Measure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product quality
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Maintain records such as product inspection and process monitoring logs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of a Windows PC environment
• Basic mechanical skills
• Demonstrated initiative to complete job assignments
• Demonstrated commitment to quality through detailed inspections
• Ability to follow operating instructions and safety procedures
• Availability to work an evening shift

• Starting Pay: $25.78 per hour
• 12‑hour rotating shift (36/48‑hour work weeks)
