Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in running/operating a manual press.

• We are a contract screen printer that opened in 2007. We operate 4 automatic and 2 manual presses.
• We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience printing on a manual press.
• Please provide references. We are a high-volume print shop, so you will be expected to print many orders a day with high expectations of quality and productivity.
• Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch at 11:00 am.
• Our warehouse is temperature controlled.

• Follow work orders and schedules.
• Be organized and detail oriented.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Determine a proper print order.
• Read and write as part of daily tasks.
• Stand for long periods (8-hour workdays).
• Perform repetitive motions with full use of both hands.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a manual press.
• Good attitude and reliable personality.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Good time management.
• Ability to set up jobs timely and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Experience or proficiency printing on wearables is a plus.

• Up to 4 weeks paid vacation: 1 year = 1 week; 2 years = 2 weeks; 3 years = 3 weeks; 10 years = 4 weeks.

• No mandatory overtime; no nights or weekends. Regular schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
