Job Summary
This position will be responsible for assembling sub‑assemblies and finished goods, ensuring all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product.
Supervisory Responsibilities- None
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available to begin the process
- Align material and put together parts according to specifications
- Be quality‑conscious and attentive to detail
- Report issues or defective parts
- Meet targets set by lead/supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Maintain tools and work area as directed by lead/supervisor or standard work
- Be an active team member in continuous improvement activities
- Other duties as assigned by the lead/supervisor or department
- Knowledge of Work — After completing training, possess and utilize knowledge essential to performing the function.
- Quantity of Work — Accomplish an appropriate volume of satisfactory work under normal conditions.

- Varying temperatures: may occur in high or low conditions.
While performing the duties of this job, an employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The position’s work is performed in an unconditioned space where temperature and humidity will adjust according to outdoor conditions. The employee must have reliable means of transportation to allow flexible work hours as needed.

- High School or equivalent – preferred.
