• Ensure production continuity by executing preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations, company standards, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment (e.g., injection molding machines, extrusion blow molding equipment, compressors, driers, palletizers, etc.), monitoring key parameters and meter readings to identify potential issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, fluid changes, and replacement of worn‑out parts, to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
• Detect and proactively address wear and tear, submitting timely requests for spare parts or supplier technical support to the Technical Manager.
• Assist in mechanical setup and calibration of equipment and mold sets to support production efficiency.
• Respond to emergency repairs during breakdowns or halts, ensuring full functionality of machines and equipment is restored quickly.
• Support external suppliers during inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain detailed records of preventative maintenance activities, tracking equipment performance and spare parts usage via computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Organize and manage the maintenance workshop, utilizing tools and equipment to repair or fabricate mechanical parts as needed.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager on improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance processes, and production efficiency.

• Strong applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (e.g., EBM, SBM, or IM) is a plus.
• Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards and preventative maintenance best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment rules and practices.
• Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on preventative maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters), and performing precision maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment care.
