As the Moving Crew Coordinator
, you’ll be the quarterback of our daily operations—making sure the right people are on the right jobs, setting expectations, and supporting your team to deliver excellence. You’ll juggle logistics, mentor movers, and solve problems on the fly. It’s a dynamic, high‑responsibility role for someone who thrives on both structure and service.

• Schedule daily crews so every move is properly staffed and ready on time.
• Set the tone for professionalism and performance among movers.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of improvement.
• Ensure 80%+ crew and truck utilization across six working days.
• Partner with operations to coordinate efficient logistics.
• Oversee customer satisfaction by maintaining All‑Star’s high service standards.
• Will require the ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly when needed.

• Lead with confidence, even under pressure.
• Have experience managing teams in logistics, moving, or fast‑paced industries.
• Communicate clearly and solve problems calmly.
• Love creating systems that make people better.
• Can keep multiple moving parts on track without dropping the ball.
• Are tech‑comfortable and detail‑driven.
