Job Summary

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Central Corporate position. The RSM will oversee more than 30 AAMCO franchise stores, driving store sales and ensuring compliance with AAMCO brand standards and initiatives within the Central Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales and performance goals for each store.
  • Provide sales training to in‑store managers.
  • Build strong working relationships with franchisees and collaborate on follow‑up and business development.
  • Offer ongoing coaching, support, and assistance to franchisees.
  • Ensure regional sales goals are achieved and daily accountability of sales managers is maintained.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives and sales managers in the assigned region.
  • Maintain high performance standards and continuously exceed company expectations.
  • Work closely with the executive team on business development and growth strategies.
  • Travel to branch offices 50‑70% of the week with little to no lead time; current and valid driver’s license required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a high‑volume sales role.
  • 3‑5 years of oversight of a territory or region.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under high pressure.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and training sales managers and representatives.
  • Highly competitive with a proven record of sales growth influenced by management.
  • Marketing and lead generation experience preferred.
  • Track record of building successful sales forces at both the representative and management level.
