Manager Capital Deployment Ronnoco Coffee LLC

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions was born at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. Today, Ronnoco services customers in more than 40 states through DSD and strategic distributors. At Ronnoco, we sell a wide selection of coffee, cappuccino, iced coffee, tea, lemonade and other beverage solutions. We also provide our customers service and graphics support. Our role is to help make our customers happy serving both them and their customers.

We are looking for a Manager - Capital Deployment to join our finance team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will manage capital expenditures by channel and develop initiatives to improve equipment spend trends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's Asset Protection Team. This team is responsible for developing ways to lower brewing equipment spend as a % of sales and EBITDA
• Provide recommendations to leadership on ways to lower equipment spend
• Coordinate other cost-effective measures including graphic spend, refurb vs. new
• Lead new initiatives around equipment including using new tracking measures (bar code scanning, serial number)
• Develop weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of equipment deployment vs. budget
• Forecast spend by channel and provide solutions to improve cost, including alternative equipment and/or vendors that will result in better ROI
• Develop capital spend reports and analysis, and work with leaders to manage spend, identifying areas of savings opportunities
• Ensure requests for equipment in accounts (new or existing) fall within the allowed payback requirements
• Develop additional reports including equipment with no sales, look back analysis and payback analysis.
• Manage parts usage by route and develop ways to lower inventory levels
• Ensures customer data integrity is complete, accurate, and consistent across all systems (CRM, GP, Prism)

Qualifications:

• BS in Business or Operations
• Strong systems knowledge required
• Previous Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) or similar ERP experience
• Proactive problem solver and project managers who works well with team and is solution-oriented
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed understanding of manufacturing processes
• Detail oriented and organized
• Proven ability to independently prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
