Our client, a dynamic organization in the creative and production industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and communicate comprehensive project timelines to internal and external teams regularly.
• Organize and facilitate project kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Lead internal and brand status meetings, fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Manage and recommend process improvements using agile principles to optimize project workflows.
• Act as a central hub for all project executions, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-10 years of experience in an agency project management role.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing high-volume, fast-turnaround projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented and helpful, proactive attitude.
