We are excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager position at our St. Louis, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you ll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
• Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and achieve store goals
• Oversee food preparation and delivery processes to maintain efficiency and quality
• Assist in managing financial aspects of the store, including cash handling and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities

• Proven leadership experience in the food service industry, preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
• Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
