What

You’ll Do
  • Deliver in-person onboarding and role-based training in clubs and during new club openings
  • Conduct field observations, audits, and coaching to verify training is applied correctly
  • Partner with Market and Club Leaders to reinforce onboarding and development plans
  • Track training completion and readiness using learning systems and reporting tools
  • Provide real-time feedback, reinforcement, and follow-up coaching in the field
What Success Looks Like
  • Onboarding and training programs are executed consistently and compliantly across assigned markets
  • New club openings launch on time with teams trained, confident, and operationally ready
  • Leaders are effectively executing onboarding and development plans within their clubs
  • Training standards are reinforced in the field, resulting in improved performance and consistency
  • Training gaps are identified early and addressed through coaching, reinforcement, or escalation
About You

You’re a hands-on trainer who loves being in the field, side‑by‑side with club teams, turning playbooks into real results. You’re energized by fast‑paced environments, new club openings, and the chance to coach both frontline staff and leaders in real time. Organized and adaptable, you’re the person who shows up prepared, keeps teams on track, and isn’t afraid to hold others accountable to high standards.

You bring a strong operational mindset and understand how great training drives consistent, compliant performance across multiple locations. You’re confident facilitating in‑person sessions, observing execution on the floor, and using data from learning and reporting tools to identify gaps and follow through on action plans. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with operators, and take pride in developing people so that every club you support is trained, confident, and ready to deliver a best‑in‑class member experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all onboarding, training, and development programs across assigned markets
  • Maintain consistent training standards and readiness in partnership with Operations leadership
  • Support successful new club openings by ensuring training requirements and timelines are met
  • Identify, document, and escalate training gaps, risks, and compliance issues
  • Represent the L&D function as a field-facing partner focused on execution and consistency
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in training, operations, or field leadership within a multi-unit, retail, fitness, or hospitality environment
  • Proven experience delivering in-person, field-based training and onboarding
  • Strong operational knowledge and ability to ensure compliance with standards and processes
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned markets and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with learning platforms, reporting tools, and basic training documentation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or leading training for new club/store openings
Travel
  • Up to 90% of the time
