Program Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Innovation & Renovation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: St Louis, MO - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months with highly possible extension / Conversion

• Lead and manage complex projects across multiple disciplines, including product innovation, renovation, and digital device launches.
• Mobilize project resources and onboard new team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop, control, and monitor end-to-end project plans to meet organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Manage risks, handle changes proactively, and facilitate fast decision-making processes.

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-discipline project management experience, preferably in CPG or Pharma sectors.
• Experience managing portfolios or programs is desirable.
• Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process compliance skills.
