Overview
We’re seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily order fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely shipping. This role supervises warehouse associates, coordinates workflows, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Supervise and train warehouse associates
- Monitor order accuracy and packaging standards
- Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet daily goals
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean warehouse
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, including 1+ year in a lead role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping procedures
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and scanning devices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Forklift certification a plus
