The successful candidate will oversee smaller-scale projects with budgets typically under $50K, while maintaining the flexibility and expertise to manage larger initiatives up to $250K as business needs dictate.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Project Management & Execution
** Utilize the Corrigo work order management system to track, manage, and report on all project activities and maintenance requests. Ensure accurate documentation of project progress, costs, and completion status while maintaining detailed records for compliance and reporting purposes. Collaborate closely with the Facilities Management team to prioritize work orders and align project execution with operational requirements.

Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to approved spending limits while identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare detailed budget reports, track actual costs against projections, and manage change orders when scope modifications are necessary. Work with procurement teams to obtain competitive pricing and ensure value delivery for all project expenditures. relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. ** Education & Experience
** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field required. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience in facilities, construction, or capital improvement projects. Previous experience supporting large corporate accounts or aerospace industry clients strongly preferred.
** Technical Competencies
** Demonstrated proficiency with work order management systems, preferably Corrigo or similar platforms. Strong understanding of construction processes, facilities systems, and capital project delivery methodologies.

Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools. Solid foundation in budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
** Industry Knowledge
** Comprehensive understanding of facilities management principles and practices. Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience working within aerospace or highly regulated industrial environments preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships.

Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
