District Manager, Management

Safelite is looking for a District Manager to lead and develop a team of store leaders, ensuring consistent achievement of profit and sales goals across the district.

• Develop, communicate, and implement the market vision, including short and long‑term sales and operations plans.
• Monitor monthly performance against plans and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay informed on competition and recommend pricing, services, and product offerings to keep Safelite ahead.
• Oversee district P&L, ensuring revenue goals and expense management; conduct monthly financial reviews with store leaders.
• Lead through engagement, motivation, and culture building for a primarily mobile workforce.
• Promote a positive, memorable customer experience across all stores.
• Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices and drive change management.
• Ensure annual Talent Review Process completion for direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment (auto aftermarket preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and operations techniques.
• Ability to lead, coach, and achieve results through others, fostering employee growth.
• Professional appearance and willingness to wear PPE.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
