• Pack & Protect – Safely and efficiently pack, wrap, and handle household items as if they were your own.
• Move & Load – Load and unload items carefully, ensuring damage‑free transport.
• Represent the Brand – Be punctual, respectful, and professional on every job site.
• Support the Crew – Work collaboratively with your team to exceed customer expectations.
• Stay Organized – Keep trucks and equipment in good order and follow all company safety protocols.

• A strong work ethic and a positive, team‑first attitude
• Physical stamina (must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly)
• Reliability and punctuality—show up on‑time and ready to get the job done
• Clear communication and good customer service skills
• Previous moving experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right people
