Roving​/Area Maintenance Supervisor - South

Roving Maintenance Supervisor – Southern St. Louis, MO
Pay: $26–$30/hr (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses

• Travel between assigned communities to oversee maintenance operations and ensure work quality, safety, and efficiency
• Lead and support on-site maintenance teams
  , providing hands-on training, guidance, and performance feedback
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
  , including furnaces, condensers, compressors, blowers, and thermostats
• Perform and oversee apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs are properly implemented at each property
• Assist Property Managers with vendor coordination, inspections, and capital project planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with regional leadership

• Competitive Pay: $26–$30/hr + quarterly performance bonuses

• Strong HVAC background (EPA certification preferred)
• Supervisory or lead maintenance experience in multifamily housing
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain apartment systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Willingness to travel daily between multiple communities (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement)
• Must be organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented
