• Complete resident work orders promptly.

• EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) Required
• CPO preferred
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in multi-family maintenance w/knowledge of pool care
• *$1,000 Sign on bonus- 50% paid on first payroll; 50% paid after 90 days’ active employment
