• Grounds Maintenance
  • Regularly mow lawns, trim shrubs, and maintain flower beds.
  • Ensure that sidewalks and parking areas are clear of debris and safe for residents.
  • Perform routine landscaping tasks to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Janitorial Duties
  • Keep common areas, such as the clubhouse, lobby, and restrooms, clean and well-maintained.
  • Remove trash and maintain trash receptacles in all designated areas.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.
• Customer Service
  • Interact with residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Safety
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
