AM Cannabis Facility Upkeep Technician; Custodial

Overview

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking a Facility Upkeep Technician for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing facilities in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

VIBE Cannabis is seeking a hard working, self motivated individual for the role of Facility Upkeep Technician. This position is responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of our 100,000 square foot facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This position will report directly to the Custodial Supervisor with a goal of keeping our facility in a clean and orderly condition. This is a part time position with expected working hours between 8am - 4:30 pm.

• Facility Upkeep and Cleaning (dusting, moping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc..) of all;
  • Bathrooms
  • Hallways
  • Breakrooms
  • Production Rooms
• Trash organization and removal from all areas including;
  • Break down of all cardboard
• Restock all facility consumables;
  • Toilet Paper
  • Paper Towels
  • Gloves
  • Hairnets
  • Shoe Booties
• Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Valid driver s license
• Experience in operating a forklift preferred
• Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail.

• A high level of professionalism and integrity
• Skilled on safe use of floor scrubbers, power washers, and other shop equipment.
• A constant desire to learn new skills and believe in continuous improvement, both personally and professionally
• Enjoy being part of a team and comfortable working with a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment.
• Good communication skills

• Must pass stringent background check requirements of Missouri
