Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 24 hours per week
Job SummaryPine Grove Manor is seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Plant Operations Manager, this role supports daily maintenance, repairs, and life-safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections
- Complete preventive maintenance and document work electronically
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems
- Conduct daily rounds and weekly inspections of high-risk areas
- Maintain required Life Safety and OSHA documentation
- Prepare resident rooms for admissions and discharges
- Report safety issues or major repairs to leadership
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience (healthcare/long-term care preferred)
- Knowledge of general building maintenance and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and follow compliance standards
- Consistent weekday schedule
