Assistant Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified)
Location: St. Louis, MO 63129
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs for apartment homes and common areas
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support tasks
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Must provide your own tools
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor repair issues
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Weekly pay
