The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the supervision and execution of general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in/on guest rooms, meeting space, front of house areas, and back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems).

Shift Time: full‑time day shift Sunday through Thursday (training most likely to include PM shifts).

• EPA Certified
• Locksmith skills
• Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred
• Basic trouble shooting
• Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps
• Building maintenance experience required
• Communication
• Experience with Windows computer systems
• Hotel experience preferred
• Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs
• Open availability to include weekends and holidays
