SummaryThe Chief Engineer will be responsible for the supervision and execution of general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in/on guest rooms, meeting space, front of house areas, and back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems).
Shift Time: full‑time day shift Sunday through Thursday (training most likely to include PM shifts).

- Locksmith skills
- Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred
- Basic trouble shooting
- Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps
- Building maintenance experience required
- Communication
- Experience with Windows computer systems
- Hotel experience preferred
- Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs
- Open availability to include weekends and holidays
