Essential Functions

• Mopping, waxing, stripping, buffering floors
• Shampooing and vacuuming carpets
• Arranging furniture
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal, with staff, patient families and outside customers
• Physical demands: stand and walk for long periods; lift or move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to use computer, phone, etc. for extended periods
• Occasional exposure to blood or bodily fluids, airborne pathogens, caustic chemicals
• Workplace noise is usually moderate
• Strong organization and management skills
• Basic computer skills
