Mover​/Junk Hauler​/Crew Member

As a Mover/Junk Hauler for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. You should be friendly to everyone and maintain a professional appearance with a uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist) and a positive attitude.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly service and accurate estimates.
• Operate junk and move truck safely at all times, ensuring all daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.) are performed and that the truck has adequate supplies, safety equipment, and marketing material.
• Educate clients about pricing, services, and benefits before giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, following all company policies and safety guidelines.

• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, landscaping, moving, or delivery driving is helpful.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds for an extended period.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Drug and alcohol free.

Pay Range: $20 ‑ $25 per hour, including tips, bonuses, and advancement opportunities. Top performers average $250‑$500 in tips per week. (Also noted: $15.00 ‑ $22.00 per hour.)
