Commercial Litigation Associate

Position: Commercial Litigation Associate (2-3 yrs.)
Reputable 20 + attorney law firm in Clayton is seeking a motivated associate to join the firm's business litigation group. Qualified candidates will have 2 to 3 solid years of experience handling business litigation in state and/or federal courts. Firm is seeking candidates with strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and a detail-oriented mindset. Candidates should have solid research abilities, but the role places greater emphasis on practical litigation experience, including preparing and responding to discovery and motion practice.

Deposition experience a plus but not required. Candidates must have the ability to function both independently and within a team environment. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a desire to grow into and assume greater responsibility, including trials and appeals. Missouri bar license required. Additional jurisdictions a plus, but not required.
