Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Position: Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney (2-3 yrs.)
Leading 20 + attorney law firm in Clayton seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates associate attorney. The firm's Trusts & Estates department maintains a sophisticated practice. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of solid experience in all aspects of estate planning and trust/estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of utilizing trusts for various purposes; strategies for minimizing gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes;

administering probate estates and trusts; preparing gift and estate tax returns; creating and implementing business entities and succession plans; and asset protection planning. Missouri license required. Additional Illinois license a plus - but not required. Candidates must have proven experience in trusts and estates law and an eagerness to enhance their expertise in the field. Good salary!
