Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Location: St. Louis, MO

Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join a dynamic commercial litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working collaboratively in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys in a commercial litigation practice.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Manage case files, organize discovery materials, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and internal teams.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5–10 years as a Legal Assistant in a commercial litigation setting.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and filing procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under stress and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Benefits

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
