Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury | St. Louis, MO- Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation focus)
- Location: St. Louis, MO
- Work Style: Full-time with flexible hours; office closes at 4 p.m. on Fridays;
Hybrid Schedule - 70% coverage on medical insurance for employees and dependents
- Life insurance
- 401(k) with 3% annual firm contribution, plus potential 2% year-end bonus based on firm performance
- Profit‑sharing plan tied to firm growth
- PTO starting at 12 days annually
- Quarterly team‑building events and “Fun Days”
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law
- Licensed to practice in Missouri;
Illinois license is a plus - Strong writing, research, and interpersonal communication skills
