Corporate Counsel Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Mobility’s Corporate Legal Group is excited to announce the opening of a Corporate Counsel position! The Corporate Counsel will play an integral role in providing legal support for the Organization’s North American rental operations and the related corporate support groups.

The successful candidate will collaborate with legal colleagues and business stakeholders across multiple global lines of business, focusing on negotiating contracts, providing regulatory analysis, and offering tailored advice based on an understanding of business operations.

This role invites candidates looking to join a dynamic, industry‑leading in‑house legal function. With the convergence of mobility solutions, the advent of internet‑connected vehicles, and the rollout of alternative‑fuel and electric vehicles, the next five years will reshape the traditional vehicle mobility landscape. The role requires lawyers who can navigate new areas, devise creative solutions, and facilitate change across the organization.

Applicants will collaborate with business stakeholders and legal colleagues in Europe, the UK, and North America, working on projects globally as part of cross‑departmental teams. The selected individual must be collaborative, creative, efficient, personable, results‑oriented, and possess outstanding oral and written communication abilities to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
