Junior Salesforce Administrator

We're seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join the Bruning Law Firm's IT team. This role will have a hybrid schedule, with on-site work taking place at our St. Louis, MO office. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will provide basic-level Salesforce support and assist with various IT and administrative tasks.

• Provide Salesforce support to end-users
• Provide basic support for additional programs in our IT Stack
• Manage user accounts and licenses
• Attend operations meetings to support teams' use of Salesforce and other programs
• Conduct and assist with Salesforce user acceptance testing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with IT support concepts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
