We are seeking a motivated General IT Intern to support our IT department in day-to-day operations and strategic projects. This internship offers hands‑on experience in IT support, cloud migration, SaaS management, and password security solutions. The intern will assist with technical troubleshooting, system administration, and contribute to key initiatives that strengthen our IT infrastructure across the United States.

• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support (password resets, software installations, connectivity issues).
• Assist employees with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.
• Support the migration of company data to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Assist in validating data integrity during migration.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure secure and efficient transfer of files.

• Participate in migrating SaaS applications used across U.S. offices to unified platforms.
• Help evaluate SaaS tools for compatibility, security, and user adoption.

• Assist in implementing and managing enterprise password management tools (e.g., Bitwarden, Keeper, 1

• Help configure secure password vaults for employees.
• Train staff on best practices for password security and safe credential storage.

• Create step‑by‑step guides for cloud migration, SaaS onboarding, and password manager usage.
• Update IT support documentation and procedures.

• Contribute to IT infrastructure improvement projects.
• Present a final report summarizing contributions, lessons learned, and recommendations for IT enhancements.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and password management tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

By the end of the internship, the intern will:

• Understand enterprise‑level password storage solutions and security practices.
• Develop troubleshooting and documentation skills.
