Schedule:

June 2024 - June 2025

Workdays:
Monday - Friday

Academic Year: 20 hours weekly

Summer: 40 hours weekly

Remote with onsite visits

Must be able to reside in the Greater St. Louis area during internship

The UI/UX Design Intern will focus on design and research operations within the digital design team, working closely with designers and researchers to manage the design and research backlog, support UX research work, and help the team build, standardize, and manage personas and journey maps across key design efforts.

• Assist in managing design and research backlog.

• Navigate project requests using critical thinking skills.
• Communicate effectively with staff and project leaders.
• Take initiative to identify additional work not assigned that enhances the effort with logical next steps.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (preferred).
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience (preferred); no prior experience also acceptable.
