As a Client Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing new client onboarding engagements. In this capacity, you will execute all onboarding tasks and facilitate comprehensive information gathering, ensuring an effective integration process. Your role involves providing guidance to both clients and internal Gadell Net stakeholders to promote thorough, timely, and efficient onboarding outcomes. This position requires travel to client sites and in-office presence as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Responsibilities:- Manage technical tasks for new client onboarding, including reviews, documentation, and asset validation.
- Deploy and configure Gadell Net’s monitoring and management tools on client assets.
- Communicate with client stakeholders remotely and onsite to support a smooth transition.
- Work with internal teams (Service Desk, Engineering, Sales, Account Management) for seamless onboarding.
- Conduct technical discovery to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and non-compliance.
- Document findings and share remediation options with Account Managers after onboarding.
- Reconcile sales proposals with real environments and inventories, noting discrepancies and suggesting modifications.
- Support sales by assisting with technical discovery, assessments, and consultations.
- Coordinate with outgoing IT vendors for accurate transfer of documentation and credentials.
- Keep documentation up to date in PSA, RMM, and other platforms.
- Participate in onboarding process reviews and provide frontline feedback based on hands‑on experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MSP tools and platforms, including:
- RMM and monitoring tools
- Endpoint security and AV/EDR platforms
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Microsoft 365 (Entra /Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)
- Experience onboarding and managing:
- Windows and macOS endpoints
- Servers (on‑prem and cloud)
- Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless access points)
