Senior Technical Lead

Adaptive Solutions Group (ASG) is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We offer a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement opportunities across the region. We are currently seeking a Technical Lead to join our team.

• Serve as the technical lead for developers and analysts within the emerging technologies function
• Partner with architecture leadership to establish technical strategy, modernization standards, and long-term technology direction
• Design, develop and support integrations and applications using technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Python, RESTful APIs, ETL/integration tools, relational databases and cloud platforms
• Lead proof-of-concept and pilot efforts for next-generation technology solutions
• Evaluate, recommend and implement new platforms, frameworks and methodologies that support scalability and long-term system sustainability
• Define best practices for cloud architecture, CI/CD processes, testing automation and API governance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align technology decisions with operational priorities and customer experience goals
• Ensure system reliability, performance and security across all integrations and solutions
• Support a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

• 8 or more years of professional software development experience
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership or solution design role
• Strong experience with:
  • .NET Core / C# and Python
  • ETL or data integration platforms
  • RESTful API design and development
  • Relational database technologies
  • Cloud environments
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment, including ongoing support and maintenance
• Strong communication, documentation and mentoring skills

• Microservices or event-driven architectures
• Containerization and orchestration tools
• API management or GraphQL
• AI or machine learning concepts
• IoT or edge computing
• Modern data engineering practices
• Serverless or cloud-native frameworks
• Automation or robotics-related integrations
