Delivery Lead– INTL Brazil

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Delivery Lead to their client’s Data & Analytics organization. This person will own the end-to-end delivery of logistics and transportation initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time with high quality and operational reliability. They will support and enhance Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related logistics data products, ensuring business users have accurate, timely data to drive insights into transportation performance, pricing, and KPIs, etc.

They will act as a key liaison between business, product, and engineering teams and will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, identifying gaps in definition, and partnering with Product Managers to clarify scope before work reaches engineering. They will work closely with engineers to provide business context, facilitate effective technical discussions, and proactively identify and elevate risks related to delivery quality and timelines.

This role also leads or supports incident management for data, analytics, and logistics systems by triaging issues, determining actionability, collaborating with engineering on resolution, and ensuring incidents are documented and addressed to prevent recurrence. They will support sprint planning, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement across delivery processes.

• 5+ years of experience in delivery lead role
• Experience delivering data and analytics products in a production environment
• Working knowledge of:
  • ETL processes and data pipelines
  • BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business, product, and engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues early and escalate effectively
• Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or pricing analytics initiatives
• Background working with Azure-based data ecosystems
• Familiarity with database backends and data modeling concepts
• Experience operating in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
