The SAP Project Systems (PS) Lead is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PS solutions to support the organization’s project management and financial processes. This role serves as the subject matter expert for SAP PS and acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure optimal system performance.

• Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business process design requirements
• Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
• Business process design and system analysis
• Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (e.g., BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
• Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts
• Facilitate design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes
• Provide guidance and support for configuration changes, training material development, and data conversion
• Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
• Support production cutover; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
• Support post-go-live hypercare, manage defects, and maintain documentation

• 7+ years of SAP Project Systems experience
• S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience
• Integration experience with cross-process teams (CO, FI, MM, SD and PP)
• Proficiency in SAP PMMO, Project Systems (logistics focus), WBS-based planning, and Networks with MRP
• Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
• Team lead experience

• Experience with the implementation and configuration of SAP PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, MRP, Project quotations, Goods issues, and related activities
• Relevant SAP certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
• Natural born US citizenship
• Must live locally to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA or be willing to travel to St. Louis weekly

Compensation information is provided in compliance with local law where applicable. The base pay range for this position in eligible locations is shown below. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. This job posting does not constitute a contract of employment.

The pay range for eligible locations is: $126,300—$243,100 USD
