Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments ensuring implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact Co-create custom assessments and translate skills data into executive-ready insights for strategic decisions Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leaders on skills-first workforce transformation
Required Qualifications 6+ years in enterprise SaaS or technology-enabled environments, including program leadership or management consulting Experience leading complex enterprise deployments and managing cross-functional execution Proven project management skills with a focus on structured execution and customer value realization Experience in Strategic Customer Success or Account Management Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making
