The Low Code Lab is evolving our current work from reporting and dashboarding to designing and delivering low‑code applications that solve real business challenges. We build, deploy and support enterprise applications on Microsoft Power Apps, identifying automation opportunities and designing scalable, efficient low‑code solutions.

Business Understanding- Maintain a working knowledge of division results, key business drivers, strategies and priorities, and apply that knowledge to develop analytic approaches that address business questions.
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of data sets available to the analyst.
- Extract, cleanse and transform data to support analysis needs.
- Apply critical thinking to pressure‑test and validate logic and outputs against known sources and business understanding.
- Define business and data requirements for analytic deliverables and serve as liaison with the IDM process.
- Understand and apply basic descriptive statistical concepts.
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions by performing root‑cause, exploratory, sensitivity and scenario analysis, economic modeling, data visualization to identify patterns, trends and insights on predefined problems.
- Generate and incorporate insights into a cohesive story that clearly addresses business questions.
- Effectively communicate tailored messages regarding analytic ideas, approach, key takeaways and actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences.
- Develop and manage business relationships with project team members and leaders across the organization.
- Consult with business owners to understand the business problem and collaborate to identify the appropriate analytic approach.
- Support KPI and benchmark development.
- Document, monitor and proactively recommend improvements to processes and controls related to areas of responsibility.
- Interact with BI tools to answer questions, build basic visualizations and reports.
- Test and maintain BI products developed and follow BI governance processes and procedures.

Hiring Minimum: $72,700
Hiring Maximum: $119,800
- Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering or analytics preferred.
- 1+ years of professional related experience.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform with strong expertise in Power Apps.
- Experience developing solutions on Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Strong grasp of low‑code platforms, APIs and data services.
- Comfortable advising stakeholders on automation opportunities.
- Experience building AI agents and automation using low‑code tools.
- Experience interacting with database and file storage systems (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Ability to use tools to access and transform data.
