The Client Delivery Lead (UAT) will serve as a dedicated extension of Invest Cloud’s UAT and delivery teams for Wells Fargo, with a primary focus on clear release documentation, test readiness, and hands‑on client support. This role bridges Product, Delivery, and Wells Fargo UAT teams, ensuring release items are fully understood, testable, and supported throughout the UAT lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation & Transparency:
Partner closely with Product and Delivery teams to create thorough, easy‑to‑follow documentation for all release items, ensuring full transparency and readiness for client testing. - UAT Representation & Communication:
Participate in key project meetings as the UAT representative, clearly communicating scope changes, timeline adjustments, and impacts to Wells Fargo. - Test Readiness & Data Conditioning:
Coordinate data‑conditioning efforts required for testing, confirming that test environments and prerequisites are properly prepared in advance. - Issue Triage & Resolution Support:
Triage, track, and help resolve questions related to release items, providing timely, accurate responses that support smooth testing cycles. - Onsite Client Support:
Maintain an onsite presence at Wells Fargo, as needed, to deliver hands‑on, 1:1 support—strengthening client relationships and ensuring seamless execution during critical project phases.
- BA or QA experience, ideally within complex, multi‑system environments.
- Strong communication skills, including clear, concise written documentation and confident verbal communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence, including creating, maintaining, and tracking stories, test cases, and documentation.
- Financial services or wealth management industry knowledge (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability and willingness to work onsite at Wells Fargo on a regular basis, aligned with project needs and key milestones.
This role is designed to materially improve execution and client experience on Wells Fargo initiatives by:
- Increasing Invest Cloud’s presence onsite at Wells Fargo offices, reducing the need for frequent onsite visits from the broader Client Services team.
- Providing an additional resource aligned to Wells Fargo’s business hours, ensuring faster responses to client questions and a more seamless, day‑to‑day experience.
- Reducing reliance on Product, Business Analysts, and Client Services for triaging UAT inquiries, allowing those teams to stay focused on feature development and strategic initiatives.
- Accelerating and enhancing the release and UAT process by delivering clear, actionable test steps and workflows—shortening client testing cycles and improving overall quality.
- Expanding hands‑on testing and test‑planning support across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistent quality delivery for all features.
Freeing up capacity for senior UAT leadership to focus on improving reporting, metrics, and training programs, driving continuous improvement in the UAT process.

Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000
