Role Summary
The AI Solutions Business Analyst supports the design, development, and implementation of conversational AI solutions such as AI agents for IVR, speech analytics applications, and quality management tools.
This role acts as a functional expert across the solution lifecycle — from requirements gathering to hands‑on no‑code configuration — ensuring solutions are scalable, effective, and aligned with customer and business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Customer Service leaders during pilots, proofs of concept, and full implementations.
Gather and document functional requirements for conversational AI solutions.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for solution design and development.
Ensure solutions are scalable and support future enhancements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and provide analytical insights.
Create and maintain documentation, process maps, and best‑practice guides.
Analyze AI agent performance, speech analytics insights, and quality metrics to identify trends and improvements.
Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and partner enablement support.
3+ years of Business Analyst experience in customer service, operations, consulting, or technology initiatives.
Hands‑on experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., NICE, Cognigy, or similar).
Foundational understanding of NLP / NLU concepts
.Experience using speech analytics tools to identify call drivers and trends.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional (and occasional technical) requirements.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
Curiosity and continuous learning mindset around AI and automation.
