Overview

Job Summary:
Senior Onsite Support Engineer (macOS & Apple Devices Expert)

• Provide expert, high-level technical support for macOS, Windows systems, Apple devices, and end-user technology.
• Deliver white-glove IT support to executive and VIP personnel, ensuring rapid response and minimal downtime.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain A/V and conference room technologies (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, projectors, displays, etc.).
• Manage, support, and maintain executive workstations, mobile devices, and remote access configurations.
• Provide on-site support for A/V during meetings, town halls, and live events; coordinate testing and setup with executive assistants.
• Offer Tier 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals in a corporate environment.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems and related software.
• Support enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, etc.) and manage asset inventory.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, system migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Mentor junior support staff and contribute to IT documentation and training materials.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, especially when working with senior leadership.
• Work independently in high-visibility, fast-paced environments; occasional after-hours or weekend support required.
• Physical ability to set up equipment (up to 40 lbs); primarily on-site role with possible hybrid flexibility.
