2.Job summary :
The Airflow Dev Ops Engineer plays a critical role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing data driven workflows that power key business operations. This role centers on building and enhancing pipelines using Apache Airflow, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across the organization. By combining strong technical expertise with an understanding of business processes, the engineer supports both day to day orchestration needs and long term strategic initiatives.
This hybrid position requires a blend of Dev Ops practices, automation skills, and data workflow management to drive continuous improvement and enable informed decision making.
- A strong Python developer with deep Airflow expertise is needed to optimize workflows, support application teams, and ensure efficient DAG development.
- The ideal candidate should understand core Airflow concepts, including dynamic DAG generation, and be capable of identifying inefficiencies within existing systems to drive meaningful improvements. While familiarity with CI/CD processes is expected, advanced specialization is not required.
- In addition to development responsibilities, the role also involves assisting application teams and contributing to Airflow cluster administration.
