Sr. Database Administrator - Hybrid

Hybrid Senior Database Administrator opportunity with an enterprise organization in St Louis, MO. • Monitor and maintain SQL Server databases for uptime, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for SQL development and applications.
• Manage upgrades, rollouts, and database changes with minimal downtime.
• Create and test backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Partner with management to provide analysis and recommendations that support business needs.

• 5+ years of hands-on SQL Server administration in an enterprise environment both on prem and cloud
• Azure, AWS, or GCPcloud experience
• Strong skills in performance tuning, monitoring, and T-SQL/stored procedures.
• Experience managing database security, upgrades, and change implementations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
