Job Description

This opportunity plays a critical role in driving operational excellence for the advisory business of a dedicated team. This role partners with team financial advisors, support staff, and enterprise data/IT specialists to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data‑driven solutions and automation. Reporting to the team Operations Manager, this position ensures business needs are translated into actionable projects that leverage technology to improve efficiency, client service, and growth.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Analyze business workflows, advisor practices, and operations to identify performance gaps and process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the enterprise data and IT teams to scope, prioritize, and implement automation solutions, reporting tools, and dashboards.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics, workflow enhancement, and automation projects.
  • Lead initiatives using data analytics (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to deliver insights for management and advisors.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the financial advisor team and enterprise IT/data specialists for operational projects.
  • Track success metrics and monitor ongoing impact for deployed automation and analytics tools.
  • Facilitate adoption, training, and documentation for new tools and automated workflows.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in financial services technology, data analytics, and business operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services operations, process improvement, business analytics, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Alteryx, RPA tools, Salesforce automation).
  • Proven experience translating business needs into technical solutions in partnership with IT/data teams.
  • Experience training end users on technology tools or workflow changes.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Additional Information

This is a full‑time, exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager with 100% in‑office attendance required.
