• Lead the SAP PTP & Manufacturing work, providing guidance, training, and support to other team members
• Oversee the PTP process, from purchase order to account payable, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
• Partner with System Integrator (SI) and help design/development/configuration/deployment related activities
• Understand role of IT working with a SI and adapt to the changing project/implementation needs
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PTP processes
• Monitor key indicators related to PTP, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead customer master data, pricing, and credit management within the SAP system
• Coordinate with IT teams to implement system enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity
• Provide subject matter expertise and support across Material Management (MM), Pricing, MRP, and Accounts Payable
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP PTP functionalities
• Stay updated with industry standard methodologies and emerging trends in PTP processes and SAP technologies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience (minimum 8+ years) as an SAP PTP Lead or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PTP modules, including MM, IM, MRP, ATP, etc
• Strong global implementation experience of end-to-end Purchase to pay and best practices in SAP S4 HANA (preferably 2020 private/public cloud version onwards)
• Understanding of SAP S4 HANA, SAP BTP, charm, JIRA, and other related SAP
